Mental Health and Well-Being is so important.

Mental health is as important as a child’s physical health.

It determines how you handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

All children are going to have good and bad days. They are going to have lessons where they are thriving in and some that they will find a real struggle. They will have days when they just want to be alone, when friends may upset them or them you down.

It is common to feel a mix of emotion during school years. Children are developing, learning and discovering who they are so go easy on yourself, take good care of both your physical and mental well-being and remember to talk to somebody if you need to.
